Dear friends today I am going to tell you about dehydration.It is summer and so this topic is very important.
Here I will tell you about some topics related to it.

1.   What is dehydration?
     Scarcity of water in our body is  called dehydration.

2.   How it happens?
       Very simple,when you don't drink enough water you face dehydration.

3.   What are the problems due to dehydration?
        Friends there are many problems due to dehydration but here Is just going to tell about a particular problem which is very common to everyone.
Sometimes,you might have noticed that you go  to toilet after a very short interval of time.This often happens in summer season.Whenever you go to toilet in such a situation you discharge urine in very small amount.You feel a burning sensation while urinating .Oh , what a painful moment is this! You are annoyed by this moment.
If you have found a solution for this problem then it's OK .If you haven't a solution ,I am just  going to tell a  solution.

4.Why this happens?
    Dear friends you know that urine contains uric acid .When you suffer from dehydration urine filtered by kidney remains concentrated because there is not enough water to dilute the uric acid present in urine.And this concentrated uric acid cause burning sensation while urinating.

5.  What is it's solution?
      Dear friends whenever we suffer from acidity we take antacids ant It gives us relief within a second.But there is no any solution for this problem to solve within a second .You will have to wait for about 5 minutes.
So let us start.......
Whenever you have this problem you drink 2 glasses of water and wait for about 5 minutes or until you urge to discharge urine.After that your problem should be solved.If it exist once again you drink 2 glasses of water and repeat this process until your problem will be solved.

Dear friends this is my own experience and I have used this trick many times . I also use this trick in future because I know that it really works.So I advised you to try this.
